Resep Kue Kering Buat Lebaran

Ingredient



Lebaran is just around the corner, and what better way to celebrate than with a plate of delicious kue kering! Here are the ingredients you will need:


- 200 gr butter


- 100 gr powdered sugar


- 2 egg yolks


- 300 gr all-purpose flour


- 50 gr cornstarch


- 1/4 tsp salt


- 1 tsp vanilla extract


- 50 gr chocolate chips (optional)


- 50 gr chopped almonds (optional)



Instructions



Now that we have all the ingredients, let's get started with the recipe!


1. Preheat your oven to 150°C.


2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.


3. Add the egg yolks and vanilla extract to the mixture and mix well.


4. Sift in the flour, cornstarch, and salt, and mix until just combined.


5. If you're using chocolate chips or chopped almonds, fold them into the dough at this point.


6. Roll out the dough to about 1/2 cm thick, and cut into desired shapes using a cookie cutter.


7. Place the cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.


8. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.


9. Once the cookies are cool, store them in an airtight container until ready to serve.
